    Processing time is typically 3–5 weeks. During periods of high demand, it may take up to 6–7 weeks.

  • Moroccan Rugs:
    Processing time is 3–5 weeks due to artisan craftsmanship and quality control.

We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in processing your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • United States: 3–5 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 3–7 business days

  • Rest of the World: Up to 14 business days

  • Moroccan Rugs (Shipping Only): Once processed, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks
